To make our spaghetti sauce, we begin by sauteing fresh onions and our own Italian sausage in olive oil. Then we add a thick tomato puree and our own blend of seasonings. Great sauces are cooked for hours at a slow simmer, which is exactly what we do. And we make our oven-roasted meatballs with lean, fresh meats and savory Sicilian spices. This delicious low-carb salad is made with spicy pepperoni and Italian dry salami, zesty sliced pepperoncini, tender artichoke hearts, oil cured olives, jumbo Sicilian olives, fire-roasted red peppers and aromatic asiago cheese.
